The ex-England skipper's Footwork Productions firm, which channels his football earnings and sponsorship deals, turned over £16.5million - up from £15.2million in 2011.
It meant Becks, 38, could give himself a rise of £900,000 to bring his year's pay up to £14.1million. He also paid £94,000 in corporation tax, figures newly lodged with Companies House show.
Directors - who include David and wife Victoria, 39 - expect the money to keep rolling in this year.
A financial expert said: "Beckham's playing days may be over but he remains a very strong brand."
